Kapil And Ifran In Legal Crunch

OMG bollywood actor Irfan and Comedian turner actor Kapil Sharma are in legal crunch. According to reports Mumbai police has started proceedings to prosecute both actors. They are in legal trouble for illegal construction done by them in their apartments at  DLH Enclave in Oshiwara.

It all happened when BMC lodged complaint against both Irfan and Kapil and four other residents. According to Investigating officer of Oshiwara Police Station told media that charge sheet will soon be submitted before the Hon’ble court , stating “large-scale of violations” found under the said premises.

Report further states that accused carried out alterations after the apartments were purchased, and the developer helped them in such renovations, added Senior inspector Subhash Khanvilkar.

Acording to report police further disclosed how Kapil has break down the walls of his apartment for modifying room. “In the original building plan, the kitchen was next to the entrance of the apartment. However, it was  found it next to a bedroom, which was expended by breaking a wall.

This controversy began when Kapil exposed a BMC officer who demanded a bribe of Rs 5 lakh from him to allow him to construct a new office in the city by tweeting the same to the PM Narendra Modi. However  BMC sent notice to Kapil by taking a different allegation when they found out that illegal construction work being  carried out on the 9th floor of the building in Kapils flat.
