Padmavati Sent To CBFC

Recently we came across news which suggest SLB’s most awaited project is under threat by Rajput Karni Sena for tempering historical facts.

Taking threat into considertion Filmmaker has sent Padmavati  back to Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to correct constants.

According report once again Padmavati  will be reviewed as per set norms.

However before  Indian Supreme Court had rejected a petition filed against the release of ‘Padmavati’, on ground that CBFC has not issues  certificate yet.

Further court directed that CBFC is an  independent body, therefore court has no right to intervene in their jurisdiction.

Reacting to the physical threats given to  makers, filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar said its attack on democracy. 

Well we hope Padmavati get clearance from CBFC and it get released at prescribed date without any violence.

Padmavati is in trouble from the very day it came to existence.
